Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is suggested to children and teenagers and involves meeting with a therapist one-on-one to reduce internal suffering which occurs in the form of problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, and somatic responses. In addition, ongoing psychotherapy is a common and useful means of self-growth and self-actualization. Therapy can help people to resolve barriers that interfere with positive qualities, such as joy, compassion, peace, self esteem, spiritual connection, and love.

family therapy

Family therapy is suggested to families that are experiencing turmoil as a unit or to those families of an individual with severe mental health issues to assist the family through the recovery process of that individual. Family therapy emphasizes the relationships within the family, their importance, and how they can work together. Families learn to more effectively solve conflicts and communicate needs and emotions.

group therapy

Group therapy is ideal as a complement to individual therapy. This therapy can be effective in working through a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety and traumatic stress. Facilitated by a trained professional, these groups can provide education, peer support, and skill development.
